Looks related to bug 447215. I noticed from your video that the inline textbox was not shown when you tried to rename. Are you still able to reproduce this in Dolphin >= 21.12.2? Created attachment 146585 [details] Video showing the bug SUMMARY If you have more files than it fits in the view, renaming the last file will rename the file that starts with the first typed letter. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a few files in a folder, the first let's start with an A, like "Another file" 2. Shrink the view vertically so the scrollbar appears 3. Go to the last file and select it (with keyboard or right click) 4. Press F2 or select rename from the menu 5. start to type "Ano" and press enter 6. Selection jumps to the first file and renames to "no" See also the attached video.
