SUMMARY
Hi! The package qml-module-org-kde-kquickimageeditor, which neochat depends on, is out of date in KDE NEON user edition. This currently causes Neochat to fail to launch. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo apt install neochat
2. neochat

OBSERVED RESULT
QQmlApplicationEngine failed to load component

1.2 is back in
