SUMMARY

If mousing over the channel list with too many channels open and scrolling, the active channel window will be changed rather than just scrolling down the list.

Currently, to get the intended behaviour, I need to scroll with the touchpad on the scrollbar on the channel list (a small section) rather than on the whole channel list box.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mouse over channel list names (not the scrollbar)
2. Scroll down using e.g. touchpad
3. Observe active chat window (channel/query) changing, not scrollbar moving down

OBSERVED RESULT

Active channel/query window/pane changes as scroll continues.

EXPECTED RESULT

Only the channel list scrolls down, not affecting the active channel/query window/pane.
