STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to window "Compositions"
2. Click on tab "Download New Wipes..."
3. See that *sometimes* it says at the bottom left "All categories are missing" and sometimes it crashes

OBSERVED RESULT
At the bottom left at the "Get Hot New Stuff - Kdenlive" window it says "All categories are missing"
Sometimes crash

EXPECTED RESULT
List of wipes that i can install

This issue should be fixed with latest version.
