STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a big widget covering the top left corner
2. drop some files to your desktop in Dolphin
3. Try to  move the files on the desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
1. Files dont make halt from widgets and are placed behind them
2. Although the Widgets may not cover the File-Icon completely, you cant move it

EXPECTED RESULT
 Widgets should somehow be fixed borders where Icons cant go behind
