STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add the KDE Krypton repos in openSUSE Tumbleweed
2. Upgrade your packages
3. Have a wifi that stores its password in kwallet which asks for a pass (optional)

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Plasma gets stuck at splash screen or the wheel keeps rotating and never ends or the kwallet password asker comes when the splash screen comes and it gets stuck or it doesnt exit the splash screen and cursor works and krunner works but nothing else works

EXPECTED RESULT
Splash screen ends rotating the wheel and exits

I faced similar issue 2-3 days ago when switched to KDE:Unstable(Krypton) repo, But this issue is not related to KDE

As far as I realized, The reason for the problem is that in the Krypton repo, Language packages do not exist for all packages and this issue prevents some packages from automatically upgrading to the git version and causes mixing of Stable and git version packages

You need to upgrade some packages manually and solve conflict issues by uninstalling related lang-packages
