SUMMARY
When I drag something to a location in Places panel and drop it,
immediately Plasma shows a notification saying 'Transferring'. Nothing happens
when I click on its '>' button and nothing is copied/moved to the location.

EXPECTED RESULT
the context menu opens when the item is dropped and nothing else
happens until the user chooses an option from it.
