If we put the delete button right in the center, then the user has a high likelihood of clicking it by accident when they're just trying to switch desktops. Deletion is a less common action than switching, so it doesn't need such a prominent position. I don't think this is a good idea, sorry. |
Created attachment 146193 [details] newbuttonorganization The new overview effect shows the delete button tacked to the top right corner of the any new virtual desktop. This could be done in a much more visually understandable way. I offer some options in the attachments.
