The iconSize setting was removed as of Plasma version 5.21.4 (perhaps slightly earlier). That's the point of this setting. If you don't want huge icons when you have a huge panel, don't use this setting. :)

Use the GUI for the tray settings to enable this setting (what i did) OR 1. Set scaleIconsToFit=true in ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc (didn't try it this way) OBSERVED RESULT See picture, Huge try icons SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu, plasma-desktop/hirsute,now 4:5.21.4-0ubuntu1 amd64 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 What i wish for Please restore the ability to manually set the icon size as a number while this is broken.
