"screen saver feature" is locked but in the applet there is no info about that.

I suppose, in English term, you mean that power management inhibitions list is missing/hidden in the applet when applications actually do inhibit sleep and screen locking. This bug was introduced by me, and I'm sorry about that. It was first reverted, and then fixed for good in https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/1377
