The app list some important packages to uninstall. Is this a false alarm? It's safe to confirm?

Discover is telling you that uninstalling that Bluetooth app will also uninstall those other things as well--either because they are dependencies, or because they all live in the same package.

If this is acceptable to you, then go ahead and do it.

If not, then don't do it.

Only you can make that judgment. :)
