Access denied for remote .docx files associated with LibreOffice - other files not tested when clicked on to open.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right Click on a file in gdrive - e.g. LibreOffice Write file.
2. wait for download to finish
3. dialog box arrives stating the downloaded file, in the temp directory, has access denied.

OBSERVED RESULT
Access denied to files stored remotely. 

EXPECTED RESULT
The file should open.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I also experienced the same problem with Manjaro KDE.  I switched to KDE Neon assuming integration would be better.
