STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  DisplayPort 4k@200%  (Primary) + HDMI FullHD@100% connected
2.  Disconnected both
3.  Reconnected both

OBSERVED RESULT
Only the DisplayPort monitor is recognized, but the existing windows are all blurry until restarted.
The HDMI monitor was not recognized (does not show up in Systemsettings).

I will reopen, if I can reliable reproduce it. In the moment, I cannot.
