SUMMARY

I'd like to change to border of active and inactive windows. This can be achieved in "~/.config/kdeglobals", e.g.:

{WM]
frame=61,174,233
inactiveFrame=239,240,241

However, this has no effect at all.

The workaround mentioned there doesn't work for me.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. change "frame" in "~/.config/kdeglobals"
2. logout/login or restart kwin
3. check if frame color has changed

OBSERVED RESULT

Frame color does not change.

EXPECTED RESULT

Frame color changes to specified r,g,b values.
