SUMMARY
Using a keyboard shortcut to activate the 'invert' kwin effect no longer works

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In System Settings > Workspace Behaviour > Desktop Effects, enable 'invert'
2. Press the keyboard shortcut for the effect (meta+ctrl+i by default)

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
'Invert' effect should be activated on pressing the configured keyboard shortcut.

Works for me in the Wayland session.

It also works for me (on X11, Arch Linux) when I build kwin from the Plasma/5.24 branch. I guess it must've been fixed after the beta release.
