SUMMARY
After upgrading from Kstars 3.5.4 the interface was switched to Polish (default system language).
I prefer English as Kstars main language, but changing settings to English does not change anything. I restarted the program several times without effect.

I just noticed casually this bug has been closed as fixed in 3.6.4, is that the case? I am observing something similar on 3.6.4 but related to all languages but for some unkown reasons this happens only on a build I compiled for aarch64 (same flags, same platform).
the x86_64 version I compiled seems to work and swaps languages correctly after a restart
