SUMMARY

From the Infocenter you can open the Systemmonitor.
From the Systemmonitor you can now open the Infocenter again.

If you do that in this sequence, the Infocenter, which is still running in the background, won't open or get the focus, but instead you see the 'jumping Infocenter-icon' animation.
