SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the new over view effect
2. Press on "+" to add virtual desktop
3. Press on "+" again
4. Press on "+" again

OBSERVED RESULT
At step 3. nothing happens, but on step 4. it does
