When selecting a folder in Dolphin, it should be filled automatically with the selected folder path & the name of the selected folder as link name

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a folder
2. Context Menu --> Create New --> Link to File or Directory


OBSERVED RESULT
Empty form dialogue pops up.

EXPECTED RESULT
Form dialogue should be pre-filled with the selected folder path & the name of the selected folder/file as link name
