STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Initiate operating system
2. Click on latte bar
3. Weird animation line appears

OBSERVED RESULT

Weird purple line across the latte bar

EXPECTED RESULT

No graphical error.

Right click top panel -> Edit Panel... -> Rearrange and Configure your widgets
Take that fullscreen screenshot again, feel free to upload the screenshot at another temp image hosting service in order to not over use the kde bug tracker.

That did not fix the issue, however unticking this option the animation no longer happens.

1. I just wanted to see a fullscreen screenshot when you are at Rearrange and Configure your widgets mode
2. Upload also your layout to check it out
