It offered me the possibility to install Okular (from Flatpak), which I did (about 30 minutes of waiting). Unfortunately, the version installed was not the version advertised on the page. Do you have any unusual or non-default flatpak settings? I wonder if this could be caused by openSUSE's security settings. I believe installing and uninstalling requires escalation and Discover fails to ask for it for some reason.
