SUMMARY
When presenting just 1 window, the title and icon appear slowly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Display window icons and titles enabled
1. On a desktop with only 1 window
2. Present windows

OBSERVED RESULT
Icon and title take 10 seconds to appear

This has been fixed with the rewrite in Plasma 5.25, done by Marco Martin with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/commit/376ee357dbc50fec3b6e71c40938171ddb2e726a!
