You can use one of the annotation tools for this, no? Annotate > Blur/pixelate. Does that work for you? Sure but that's considerably more work than simply toggleling an option just for an quick screenshot. Oh so you want it to actually change all system fonts to something obfuscated before taking the screenshot? But that wouldn't work with any app that doesn't respect the system fonts. It would only work if yo only used app KDE and GTK apps, and if all of them changed their fonts instantly. Not sure this could really work... Yeah, just an idea and I wanted to report it so it isn't forgotten Given that it couldn't possibly work with all apps, I don't think it would really work since it would have to in order to not be bypassed. Given that Spectacle already has annotation tools that let you do this, I think it would make more sense to use those. :) |
