SUMMARY
With new animation additions, there is a fixed keyboard shortcut for next and previous frames in keyboard arrows and it overrides move tool priority. They are fixed and cannot be changed in preferences, thus you can only move content up or down with the move tool but not left or right.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Move tool
2. Move left or right

OBSERVED RESULT
You are able to move the contents of a frame up or down but not left or right for it is moving animation frames.

EXPECTED RESULT
Two options:
-When you are in move tool, redirect such shortcuts to block the frames function
-Leave the personalization up to the user, as i tried to change the shortcuts for next and previous frame but the arrows are fixed shortcuts
