krunner
Yeah this yellow color is probably not ideal. It will always look fairly faint against light backgrounds. This affects all yellow mimetype icons; renaming. Yellow over white won't really work no matter how hard we try imho, unless we add a fill and outline or something. Maybe something like #DFAC07 could be """"passable"""", but the contrast ratio would be only 2 in the best of cases which isn't really acceptable still. Maybe we should revisit specific parts of the breeze palette or the breeze icons (combined with ken's massive updates)? On Plasma 6 alpha, can reproduce with krunner, but cannot with kickoff. Yeah unfortunately I'm not sure this is fixable in principle. The mimetype icons have fixed colors; they're always going to look bad against *some* background colors. |
