STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover via apps launcher
2. click on Home icon beside the search field
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
'Featured' page is unnecessarily reloaded

EXPECTED RESULT
Already active 'Featured' page should not be reloaded

In Plasma 5.24, the button is disabled when you're already there, so this can't happen anymore.
