Border radius is different in tabs, window borders, buttons, context menus. I think a good parameter to start is to use the border radius from window borders.

This isn't really actionable. There are so many things that this would touch that we really need separate bug reports for each thing. See https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting#One_issue_per_Bugzilla_ticket

Bugzilla tickers are more for reporting specific bugs or requesting specific features, not really so much for "fix all the things please" :)

That mockup is very nice, and we are generally moving in that direction. However it's too big for a single bug report.
