Summary:	when I press save on my document, It doesn't save properly 1/2 the time so I have to create a new incremental save file in order for all my progress to not get deleted. If I don't do this, krita only loads my old save file and deletes my progress.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a sketch and save it normally
2. make progress and save an incremental version. 
3.  create about 50 layers with colour and then try to save the file normally
4. close krita and open it again, and all progress made in the session or half of it will be lost.

* Please update to a more recent version of Krita. 
* If you make a bug report, please tell us what OS you are using, or even better, add the information in help->report bugs to the bug report.
* Make sure you don't have the same image open twice, which is usually the cause of this problem.
