SUMMARY

At the moment for "Left Click" there are 3 options and for "Middle Click" 5 different options. So it is not possible to use "New Instance" on "Left Click" and "Present Windows" on "Middle Click". 

It would perfect if all options would be available for "Left Click" and "Middle Click".
