kgpg is the only program on my system requiring akonadi (and mariadb)

It doesn't look like it's essential to kgpg's core functionality, so could the dep be made optional?

KGpg uses the Akonadi Contact Widgets, which is only a library that then depends on the Akonadi core libraries. The akonadi server does not need to be installed if this is a separate package, and it also does not need to be running.
