STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to latte-dock-0.10.5 or later
2. Setup monitors to be on top of each other. Monitor 2 under monitor 1.
3. Add a top panel and set it to hide floating gap for maximized windows.
4. Maximize a window on the bottom monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
Window appears under top bar.

EXPECTED RESULT
Window to not appear under top bar.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Bug only appears on bottom monitor with a top monitor.
