Not a big deal but...  If you have unread email in your inbox and close the application then reopen it you are positioned at the unread message and it is marked as read.  But if you have unread email and you go to the outbox then close the application from the outbox then reopen it you are NOT positioned at the unread eamil you are below it and must click on it and then it is marked read.

In KDE 4.3.0 with setting "jump to last selected message" and explicitely marking it as unread, the above mentioned scenario works in a consistent way. closing.
