SUMMARY

The comic manager does not export "fill layers" at all, at least with TIFF format (I did not try other format).
(Workaround: Convert the fill layer into drawing layer)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new comic project
2. Create a fill layer (a red one for example)
3. Export the comic in tiff format
4. The output tiff will be black

OBSERVED RESULT
The output is black

EXPECTED RESULT
The output should use the fill layer color
