SVG file displaying incorrectly in Kdenlive's preview

Typeset music score PDF, converted to SVG by Zamzar, edited and exported from Inkscape. None of the SVG files render correctly in Kdenlive, unless no music notes or music font (Bravura and Bravura Text version 1.392) are present.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add the SVG file to Kdenlive project as Clips.
2. Create a Color Clip (any light colour will do).
3. Drag the SVG file into the timeline.
4. Drag the Color Clip into the timeline but below the SVG file.

OBSERVED RESULT
The music fonts do not seem to be recognised in the preview (or exported video), as seen in the attached file to this report (or in the Reddit post linked above).

EXPECTED RESULT
The SVG file appears exactly as it is.

Issue also occurs in Ubuntu 21.10, 64-bit, GNOME 40.4.0 (Linux kernel information lost, sorry):
 - Kdenlive 21.08.3 (Snap platform installed via Ubuntu Software center), MLT version 7.2.0, KDE Frameworks 5.87.0, Qt 5.15.3 (built against 5.15.3)
 - Kdenlive 21.12.0 (AppImage via kdenlive.org/en/download), MLT version 7.3.0m, KDE Frameworks 5.81.0, Qt 5.14.2 (built against 5.14.2)

This is a known issue, that unfortunately is not easy to fix. Kdenlive uses Qt to render SVGs which has only basic SVG support, while Inscape uses very recent features of the SVG specification. The recommended workaround is to export a PNG out of Inkscape and use the PNG in Kdenlive.

In the meantime, Kdenlive changes to QT6. Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 24.12.0 to see if the issue is fixed https://kdenlive.org/en/download/
