## SUMMARY
Cannot synchronize changes on the remote server side of the CalDAV calendar, only local changes.

## STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a CalDAV calendar on KOrganizer.
2. KOrganizer can detect the remote calendars but cannot fetch any event, and no error message is displayed.
3. Add an event on KOrganizer, and sync the calendar.
4. The corresponding event synced to the remote calendar correctly.

## Additional
1. The same operation on Thunderbird's Lightning calendar on the same machine and Android DAVx5 on my phone got the correct result on the same CalDAV calendar server.
2. The calendar server is calendar.dingtalk.com

Can confirm. This bug has been around since 2013, and nobody cares... Honestly, it's best to just dump Kontact and use Thunderbird instead at this point. Kontact is dead.
