Cut, paste and rename option is greyed out when phone is connected via usb cable in mtp.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect your phone with usb cable.
2. Open file manager and go to phone directory.
3. Try to cut/rename any file.

OBSERVED RESULT
Cut, paste and rename option are disabled.

EXPECTED RESULT
Cut, paste and rename option should be available.

This was fixed in 22.04!
