IMVVHO to get a more unifyed Look & Feel of KDE the Tabs of konsole should move from buttom to the top like konqueror and many kcontrol modules.

You know that you can put the toolbar already on top? So it's only about
the default. Delete $KDEDIR/share/config/konsolerc if you don't like it.
