SUMMARY
Dolphin is missing an icon and uses the default windows icon instead.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin has no icon in either the task bar, nor its title bar

EXPECTED RESULT
The dolphin icon should appear

I can confirm that this is an issue; Dolphin doesn't display its icon in the taskbar, the Start Menu, nor in-application in the top-left.
