Well, just done a clean installation of Krita 5.0 and I found a minor bug in the Manage Resources' window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Krita 5.0
2.  Settings > Manage Resources 
3.  Open the second scrolling menu (where appear the "Local Resources" label)  I count 6 elements
4.  Close the window
5.  Create a New File, A4 300dpi
6.  Settings > Manage Resources 
7.  Open the second scrolling menu (where appear the "Local Resources" label)  I count  now 8 elements
 

OBSERVED RESULT
The are 2 new element in the list as showed in the attached photos.

Yes, creating a document creates two resource storages, so this is fine.
