SUMMARY
`systemsettings5 kcm_clock` opens Fcitx 5 settings, not "Date and Time".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run `systemsettings5 kcm_clock`, or click "Adjust Date and Time" in the context menu of digital clock.

OBSERVED RESULT
Fcitx 5 settings page is opened.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Date and Time" settings page is opened.
