SUMMARY

Docker cannot be narrower than the docker's title width, I can make it smaller in Krita 4.4.8. This feature is very useful on some vertical type docks like brush history or brush size selector, it can save space for the main canvas

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a docker(like brush history)
2. Resize it

OBSERVED RESULT
Docker cannot be very narrow

EXPECTED RESULT
Docker be very narrow, like brush history only show the icon without the name
