SUMMARY

Zooming has no effect. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. View menu
2. Zoom In
3. Zoom Out

OBSERVED RESULT

2. scroll up a fraction, but not to the previous page
3. scroll down a fraction, but not to the next page

EXPECTED RESULT

2. zoom
3. zoom

Workaround: 

1. Preferences
2. Browsing
3. ☐ Allow Pepper Plugins (Flash plugin)

– disable the feature.
