STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kontact from Flatpak
2. Go to Kmail -> Preferences -> Security -> Divers -> GnuPG-Einstellungen -> 
3. Then it is showing a message: GPG-Module is not available -> Kleopatra...

OBSERVED RESULT
It is not possible to work with Kmai/Kontact form Flathub with GPG
because the module is not starting.
I have tested that on Manjaro, Open Suse, Fedora 35 and Pop!_OS

EXPECTED RESULT
Should work with GPG on Flatpak-Version also.
