1. open Cursors KCM via kickoff/krunner
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
Overlapping cursor themes as seen in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
bug seen in the attached screenshot should not occur

That's extremely strange.

But it never happens when you open the KCM from System Settings?

Cannot reproduce after update to KDE Qt 5.15.3.

Oh no, it's happening again. But now the bug is a bit different as we can see in the 2nd attached screenshot and it only occurs when I open the KCM via kickoff.

Themes are not overlapped on Cursors KCM launched via kickoff on Plasma 5.27 beta. There are empty spaces instead, as we can observe in the screenshot attached to this comment.
