Arabic Menu are not connected words.
Each menu that have _ or & for working with Alt. is chrs are not connected , due to space of _ .
Example: 
File -> ملف 
''ملف viewing as 'م لف'

1. Arabic KDE
2. Run Kate
3. Menus are not correct Text

OBSERVED RESULT
This Problem in All KDE environment.


EXPECTED RESULT
Correct Arabic Text.
