SUMMARY
Pretty much the summary above.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two or more virtual desktops, preferably on the right/left of each other
2. Enable the slide effect, with Docks being slid too (using the slide effect configure window in Desktop Effects)

OBSERVED RESULT
The dock slides, but the new dock does not have the windows open for the different desktop; this happens only when the animation is complete, and is instantaneous and jarring.

EXPECTED RESULT
The dock that slides has the task manager as it should be for the desktop, not how it was for the previous desktop

This bug was reported against an outdated version of KWin. We have made many changes since the. 
If the issue persists in newer versions can you reopen the bug report updating the version number.
