SUMMARY
Clock (kclock in flathub) is a KDE app listed under https://apps.kde.org/categories/utilities/ but there is no 'Product' entry under which to file bugs for it.

Adding KClock developer(s) as requests for new products must come from the developers/maintainers of our software.

Thus far, KClock bugs are filed at https://invent.kde.org/plasma-mobile/kclock/-/issues

I would prefer if they used Bugzilla, but that's up to them.

Developers of kclock ask to file issues on Gitlab, as noted by Nate.
So I will change the status of this bug to Resolved, Intentional as kclock will not be added to bugs.kde.org at this time.
