STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Menu File


OBSERVED RESULT

No import function. 

EXPECTED RESULT

I'd like to be able to import contacts from CSV or a vcf file

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When adding a new address book (local VCF) nothing is displayed, as it was empty.
This VCF file can be read and imported in Thunderbird without any problem.

Thanks Nicolas, but on wich Distro ?

In fact I don't have this function, because I don't have the plugin, and I've installed everything I found that seems to be part of import about KDE, Kontact, KDE PIM, but no import plugin available for Kaddressbook to import, I only have "Tools plugin" (Send vCards, Send Mail, Merge contact...) and no "Import/Export Plugins".

May be another package I did not found or not available ?

Judging by the source code installing kdepim-addons should add it, but even with that I don't see it on Neon

Found the culprit
