STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Dolphin and kdesvn
2. Open a repository
3. Drag a subversion file from kdesvn to dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Crash of dolphin

EXPECTED RESULT
The ability of "move/copy/link file" context menu

Seems to be fixed in version 23.08.1
