Mmm.. I wouldn't know how to debug this. It seems like there is a recursion problem on QtWidgets domain, which is driven by KCMultiDialog (from kcmutils package). Specific to this KCM there should be mostly QML code acting. Might there be a conflict of versions due to packaging between kcmutils and kwin? Does the crash also happens when launching `kcmshell5 kcm_kwinrules`? And opening the corresponding `Window Rules` section in System Settings?
